Heidi Coble from Opti-Life is a master of myofascial release. In this video, she takes us through stretches and yoga poses that support flexibility in our hips, spine, and tissues. Taking time to improve mobility, flexibility, and release accumulated tension on a regular basis (ideally 2-3 times per week) is absolutely necessary to keep joints healthy, maintain alignment, facilitate nervous system performance, and overall health.
