My goal is to tailor visits to your health & wellness needs.

After graduating from University of Kansas in 2004 with a degree in psychology where I studied as a pre-med student, I drove to the bay area to earn my doctorate degree at Life Chiropractic College West. After graduating  with honors in 2008 I received extended training in a specialized Chiropractic technique called NUCCA (National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association).

From California to Seattle, I began practicing as an associate doctor in Chiropractic offices around the Puget Sound. In 2014, I set out on a mission to run my own practice so I could offer the best care possible to my patients and create Live Well Spinal Care. 10 years of patient care has offered experience and insight that makes me even more passionate about my work as a NUCCA chiropractor.

At the beginning of 2018, I moved from Seattle to Wichita to be closer to family. I grew up in Wichita and attended Maize schools. Now that I'm back after 12 years away, I'm appreciating the sunshine and friendly culture here. At Opti-Life I teach core and strength training classes weekly. This fits right in with my passion to help people live a better life through healthy habits and strong bodies. In my spare time I enjoy cooking new and healthy recipes, growing fresh herbs and flowers, playing games and staying fit.

You will find a place of care and comfort with me as your doctor.  My goal is to tailor visits to my patient's needs. Office visits are efficient for those on a  tight schedule. I will always spend the necessary time to ensure your best care at every visit. Every visit is different depending on what you need and how you are feeling.
